Golden Oolong Tea is very popular among tea drinkers in Australia. Oolong has a flowery fragrance with honey and cinnamon notes. The leaves are briefly oxidised to produce a tea that makes it unique from Green or Black tea. It's leaves are then hand-rolled into tight green beads and finally dried to produce an intense grassy liquor and a sweet honeysuckle nose.
Brewing Guide: One teaspoon per cup in 90°C water for 4 Minutes.
