We are a pretty lucky bunch here in Australia - great weather, great people, great quality tea, but we kind of luck out a little in the area of great customer service. I think its a little bit of the Australian culture of "it'll be right, mate" that has us lagging a little behind in the customer service and customer satisfaction areas of Australian businesses. I pride myself on fantastic and personal customer service - and I've been lucky enough to have operated many successful online businesses in Australia, servicing Australians, and I think that is important - I have other businesses providing Coffee and Chai). As customers, we are pretty relaxed too - however when it comes to ordering tea online, or anything really, we want to not have to follow up on the delivery status, we just want it to arrive confidently and without fuss.
Australia Post, for all the negativity it gets, is actually very good at covering delivery services to all parts of Australia - they are actually just as good when it comes to remote, regional and outback towns too.
